  • Do I need a permit to build a deck?

    Yes

     

    Most all building projects require some sort of permit, decks, patios, and four seasons rooms included.

     

    No need to worry! The building permit application process is very straight forward. Once all of the required information regarding your project has been submitted, the plan review process takes roughly 7 to 10 days to complete. Larger projects may take longer to complete the review process.

  • How long should it take to build a deck?

    Like all projects, it depends on the size, soil, weather, complexity of the project and many other variables.

     

    But generally speaking it will take anywhere from one to three weeks to complete a standard deck.

  • Can a deck be built in the winter?

    Yes
